im thinking bout getting a 2007 kawasaki ninja 650r and just curious if they are a good motorcycle|||they're a great entry level 600ish sportbike. Still has plenty of power and speed, but won't seem explosive like a supersport would. Plus they're about 3grand cheaper than supersport.
Kawasaki's used to be junk, but they have gotten a LOT better over the years and i would say they make great bikes now.
If you like it and it's comfortable enough for you, buy it.|||Kawi makes the best bikes now even with competition from suzuki. Both powerful and fast, kawi has comfort, lightness, and better breaking.|||great bike|||Not really that hot. Read up on this.

Buy a Honda!|||To me 'good' is very subjective. What is your riding style? Long miles or track racing? How much power can you handle? Is this a starter bike, an upgrade, or a down grade? My first bike was a Suzuki GS500E but, on the whole, I don't like Suzuki's. Their gas tanks are all up in my diaphragm and the seat's too tall for me. I'm 5'4" and "Kaws" are easier for me to 'flat-foot'. As for power, I've ridden long enough to know that I don't want more than 800cc between my knees and I can live with 500cc's, too. As for Hondas, I've seen one too many Hondas cut off when they get over heated.|||Yes.
