Why wont my kawasaki ex500 motorcycle start sounds like it wants to come on when i push start it?

i kicked started it all the time to get it going then one day it just didn't want to work|||carbs need to be cleaned check neutral saftey switch|||Estarter draws power frorm ignition i.e. conn .{soliond multi conn. switches grounds}remove paint .!
